Heavenly Lifts Poster ("the Tool") is a private automation utility operated by a single individual (the "Operator") to schedule and publish the Operator's own short-form videos to the Operator's own connected social media accounts. The Tool is not offered to, or usable by, the general public.
The Tool is used only to publish content the Operator owns or has the rights to publish, in accordance with the terms and policies of each connected platform (including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram). The Operator is solely responsible for the content published.
The Tool uses the official APIs of connected platforms and operates within their published rate limits and content policies. Access can be revoked by the Operator or by a platform at any time.
The Tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Operator uses it at their own risk and is responsible for reviewing published content.
